In next email he sent an invoice for US$199.99 (16270 INR) in the name of Adobe incorporation, asking me to transfer 16270 INR to UPI account I checked that UPI ID belongs to Akash Tyagi. Then he offered me to provide Acrobat Pro 2017 Perpetual License at cost of US$199.99 (16270 INR). so, what we will do is provide you the Acrobat Pro 2017 Perpetual License so that you can work in a proper way. If you try to install or update it further, then it will create conflict with your system. That person replied me back saying that Acrobat XI Pro is too old and no longer available and supported with Windows 10 64 Bit and that Acrobat XI Pro servers have been shut down. Believing him I sent email to that ID explaining my problem. When I was struggling to contact Adobe, customer care somebody from the user community named Nicole Henry claiming as from Team Adobe sent a private message on adobe support community portal asking me to send email to Adobe Customer Care Team at Email Address-**scam email address**. ![]() ![]() Then I was able to install adobe acrobat XI in my new laptop & activate. As per the suggestion of one of the members I have contacted Adobe customer care over the phone (008004401751), the care executive adobe was kind enough to listen to my problem and reset the licence activation counter after confirming my adobe account & product serial number. Some members misguided saying that Adobe license activation servers are shut down. In continuation with my post regarding issues with activation of Adobe Acrobat XI, I would like to inform all the adobe community members that Adobe Acrobat XI license activation servers are not shut down, only support & updates are stopped. ![]()
